Video entertainment company, Multichoice Nigeria have filed a Notice of Appeal and have applied for a stay of execution following an interim court order against subscription price adjustment.
The court order dated August 20 was served by the Federal High Court.
According to Multichoice, the Consumer Protection Council (CPC) has also been served the Appeal.
Describing the court order as an affront to the free market economy, Multichoice says the status quo as regards subscription fees will prevail.
