God sent Victor Olaotan an angel and it’s Femi Otedola
Nollywood veteran actor, Victor Olaotan had been incapacitated for a while following a fatal accident in 2016. Early on the week, a GoFundMe account was announced where a $50,000 target was set for contributions to his medical bills.
Today, fellow actor, Richard Mofe-Damijo took to Instagram to share what may be the best news we have read all week
Of course, social media users are in high spirits:
Heard Femi Otedola has offered to offset the $50k medical bill of actor Victor Olaotan, formerly of Tinsel. THANK YOU sir for your very kind gesture, for your good deed(s) and not for political reasons. Bless you.

Small Doctor made it out of police custody and has something to say
Recall that Nigerian music artiste, Small Doctor was on Monday arrested for illegal possession of firearms and was paraded by the Lagos state Police Command.
He was released on Tuesday based on findings he holds a license to carry the gun so he says the whole episode was a misunderstanding. Small Doctor told Punch Newspaper:
“It was a case of misunderstanding and everything is settled. My fans need to know that I will not get involved in any illegality. The younger ones look up to me for hope and I will never let them down. As I said earlier, I cannot be involved in any illegal activity. There is no way I will hold a firearm without having a license.”
In Case You Missed It: Here’s how Fayose fared today
Immediate past Governor of Ekiti State, Mr Ayodele Fayose was involved in auto accident on 3rd Mainland Bridge in Lagos few minutes ago. He is in stable condition as I write while he is receiving medical attention.

And the Dolapos shawarma empire keeps getting stronger
Remember the shawarma seller in Ojuelegba who got his break when a social media influencer put his business on display on Twitter, well there’s no stopping him now:
I want to thank everyone that has donated to my course of starting my own shawarma business. This is what your money was used for today, a Sharwama stand.
I still need your support to see this through 🙏🏾
Kindly Donate: https://t.co/EchkI4ebQm
